Living Room This tastefully-appointed central room to the home provides plenty of seating capacity for our guests to relax in through a full-size couch, love-seat, and armchair. From here you have a great view out to the Lanai and Pool area and into the kitchen. You won’t feel crammed as you enjoy watching full HD and digital TV programming or a Blu-ray/DVD movie on the 42” flat-screen TV. If you want to fill the home with music, you can plug in your iPod into the stereo system, play a CD (including MP3) or tune in a local AM/FM station. In addition to the sliding doors out to the covered Lanai and pool deck, you also access both master bedrooms from the Living room.
Kitchen & Nook Whether preparing your own meals or enjoying some fast food brought in, this large kitchen and nook area will allow you to gather together for any meal in comfort and bright surroundings. The nook area gets plenty of light from a large bay window and provides comfortable seating for 6 people around a large rectangular table and chairs. Next to the living room, the kitchen also provides a raised counter with 2 bar stools for a quick snack or to accommodate up to 8 persons in the kitchen/nook area. You won’t be missing any of the latest conveniences for food preparation and meal enjoyment in this well appointed kitchen and nook. The oversize fridge provides lots of room to keep things cold/frozen as well as automatic ice making. The glass top range, coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, blender, are all new and ready to serve you whether pulling together a quick breakfast or taking on the preparation of a full meal. There is ample cutlery, dishes, and accessories, and a fully automatic dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze.
Pool and Spa Step into the fully screened-in pool area and its like you’ve stepped into your own private oasis! Leading from the sliding glass doors of the living room, you step into a large covered lanai that allows you to spend time outdoors or eat a meal alfresco beside the pool while still having a roof over your head. The Lanai comes with a ceiling fan and comfortable table and chairs. The pool area faces SE providing ample Florida sun from morning until late afternoon in every season. The large L-shaped pool invites you to take a refreshing dip in the sparkling water, kids to enjoy water play or for anyone to simply float on an air mattress. Whatever you choose, you will have complete privacy as our home backs onto a wide, open grass field leading to a pine forest nature reserve. So there is no other homes to overlook you while in the pool, just the pine forest approx 200 meters away! As we’ve already mentioned the rear of the screened pool room is lined with three beautify queen palms that sway in the tropical breezes. Planted between the palms and around the perimeter of the pool area are tropical flowering shrubs that provide further privacy and beauty. For those who like to soak up the sun, we have provided several comfortable chase lounge and other sitting chairs on the expansive pool deck. There is also the added convenience of a half bath sink and toilet you access right from the pool deck. Finally, if you want to soak your tired feet after a long day at the theme parks, wade into the attached spa and turn on the jets. You’ll be pampered by the soothing, swirling bubbly waters of a full-size spa. Please see the pricing page for cooler times of year when we recommend to order pool heating to get the maximum enjoyment from the pool and spa. Pool heating (extra fees apply) operates daily from 8am to 8pm and maintains the pool temperature at 85F. Spa heating operates on demand with a set point temperature of 102F
Den One of the highlights of our home is the Den. This multi-purpose room provides the latest in home theatre and gaming experience. First you can relax in the comfort of an oversized leather reclining loveseat sofa or an additional rocking chair. Then watch a DVD, Blu-ray or HD movie in full 5.1 surround sound on the crisp and life-size 46” flat-screen TV, or simply enjoy the best view in the house of all HD cable TV programming. If gaming is your or your kids passion, we provide both Xbox and PS2 gaming consoles each with two remotes. The 46” screen and sound system provides the ultimate in gaming experience. This room provides a great separate room alternative TV-watching or gaming area for parents or kids, when the other is watching the TV in the Living room. Note: all game consoles, DVD and Bluray players are NTSC USA standard.
Master BR # 1 This well-appointed master provides the spacious convenience and ultimate comfort of a pillow-top King bed, crisp white linens, full dresser, night tables, lamps and a sitting chair. There is still ample room for your luggage and a full-size walk-in closet. You won’t be cramped for space in the luxurious ensuite bathroom that provides a large his & hers double sink vanity, jetted 2 person tub, double-size shower with massage heads, and private toilet room. You can close the door, grab the remote control, lay on the bed and enjoy full HD programming on your wall-mounted, 32” flat-screen television. You can always sneak out to the pool deck at anytime from your private entrance direct from the master bedroom.
Master BR # 2 This spacious second master bedroom provides the comfort of a comfortable Queen bed, crisp white linens, 3-drawer dresser, night tables, lamps and a storage/sitting bench You have ample storage space for your personal effects in the large walk-in closet. This second master also provides you a private ensuite bathroom with single sink vanity, full-size shower with massage head, and toilet. You can close the door, grab the remote control, lay on the bed and enjoy full HD programming on your wall-mounted, 32” flat-screen television. You can always sneak out to the pool deck at anytime from your private entrance direct from the second master bedroom.
Bedroom # 3 Whether accommodating adults, teens, or children, bedroom number three provides lots of comfortable living space with two Twin beds, a full closet, 5-drawer dresser and night stand with lamp. This room also provides an entertainment centre with a 25” standard color TV, and a full stereo system with AM/FM radio, cassette, 3 CD changer, and iPod dock. The main bath is accessed just left down the hallway.
Bedroom # 4 We’ve honoured Winnie the Poo and his friends in this delightful fourth bedroom which provides lots of comfortable living space with two Twin beds, a full closet, 3-drawer dresser and night stand with lamp. This room also provides a 23” standard color TV with remote. The main bath is accessed just left down the hallway.
Main Bathroom The main bathroom is centrally located in the home and is just down the hall from bedrooms 3 & 4. It provides full bath convenience of a single sink vanity, full-size bathtub and overhead shower, and toilet.
Games Coming through the laundry room and stepping into the garage, you wont find a garage! You will find a huge converted games room with a full-size table tennis, a seven-foot pool table, a tabletop Foosball game and a table and chairs. You can enjoy a game of table tennis, foosball or pool in your own private games parlour! Those who aren’t making a shot can relax with a cool drink at the bistro table. All table tennis and pool table equipment is provided. You can rest assured that there is plenty of space to park your vehicle on the double-wide driveway in front of the garage.
Laundry Our laundry room provides you with the convenience of an oversize, heavy-duty clothes washer and a ultra-fast-drying oversize clothes dryer that allow you to meet all you laundry needs efficiently in the comfort of your home. We also provide you with an electric iron, ironing board and clothes hampers.

Although Calabay Parc is not a fully-fenced gated community because of its high percentage of owner occupancy it has a reputation for involved community membership, pride of ownership and very low percentage of break-ins.
