Comments: My family of 6 (4 adults & 2 kids age 3 & 10) had a wonderful time in your lovely villa. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. 6 TV's, nice game room, lots of ceiling fans. We all enjoyed the heated pool and spa. A short drive to Disney, restaurants and shopping. Villa was located in a very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Disney. We will recommend your villa to all our family and friends in Tennessee. Comments: We had a bit of trouble finding the villa as our flight was delayed, however when we arrived we were blown away. This is truly a wonderful home. Our kids loved the pool and games room. I have taught my youngest to play ping pong! The cleanliness and amenities were really great. We are sorry to leave and will recommend to family and friends. The locality is also good for all the attractions in the area. Hope to return soon and all the best of luck for the future.

Comments: I absolutely loved the privacy of the pool area, especially the palm trees and flowering trees. In fact, your palm trees are now the screensaver on my phone. My boys loved the pool and also liked watching the geckos. We spent one day at Aquatica water park. We all loved Mia's Pizza on Sand Mine Road. Comments: We just returned from 15 great days at Swaying Palms Villa.
This is the fourth vacation villa we have rented in the area and this one stands out as the best. The villas layout was outstanding, especially with the two master bedrooms have access directly to the pool deck. Our two young boys enjoyed the large TV in the den when they weren't at a theme park or in the pool. FYI, we saw some wildlife near the villa including many birds, reptiles and a deer. Thanks for everything. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Comments: Loved your home!!! Everything we could possibly have wanted was there. After a 31 day stay we became very attached to it and it was really hard leaving. It was just two of us for 24 of the 31 days and my sister and her husband joined us for a week. They loved having their own en suite bathroom. We felt we had a lot of privacy. Took a lot of walks around the neighborhood and soaked up the sun. Hope we get the chance to stay at your place in the future!

Comments: We booked this house for a golf trip as opposed to a condo which we had used in previous years, the house was excellent and I would recommend this option over a condo or hotel. There was plenty of room and the house was well maintained, the neighborhood is quiet and close to several courses. The house was clean and the pool/hot tub was perfect!

It truly did not feel like a rental home, but rather like our home away from home. The accommodations were perfect for our family and everyone enjoyed coming "home" after a long day at the Parks. Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florida and in your lovely home. It was ever so much better than staying in a hotel or even a condo with a shared 'community' pool. We enjoyed the pool and most of the party used it every evening. The boys shot a few games of pool while waiting for the rest of us to get ready to go on our daily jaunts. The facilities were great, we had everything we needed. Having that extra living area in the den was a big plus. The location was great, not too far from the attractions, but far enough away to be quiet and literally surrounded by golf courses. Our guys use the "Last Minute Golfer" website and were able to play on some great courses for as little as $18. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Comments: We just stayed at your villa and this just to say what a FANTASTIC time we had there. A real eye opening first visit to the USA. The villa was all we could want and more. So spacious. Very clean. Great location. Close enough to all we needed and far enough to be away when we wanted...The only downside was that there was so much to do and see in our two weeks that we didn't get to spend enough chill out time at the villa! (Sadly) the volcanic ash fallout over Europe only got to delay us for one day. And that meant an overnight stay in a not too good motel on Int. Drive.!! We could have stayed another month at the Swaying Palms quite easily.

Comments: Everything was in a word, perfect!!! We enjoyed our stay at your house and what I liked most was the fact that when we first arrived everything was exactly as you described and the online pictures showed the house as it was. Most times when you reserve a place to stay things are completely different than what is shown online. When we arrived what we really enjoyed was the fact that we felt like we were home. The lights were on and there was music playing in the background. I especially liked the fact that I had asked about a crib or playpen for my daughter and there was a brand new playpen exactly where you told me it would be. The hot tub wasn’t heated when we arrived so I called the next morning and mentioned it and literally within 30 seconds there was a knock at my door to resolve the problem. He showed me how to adjust the heat down a couple of degrees and apologize. The only thing that you may want to consider is a hand rail to get down into the hot tub and also the pool. My mother in law is 65 has extremely bad knees and we had to almost hoist her out of the hot tub whereas it is a big step to get in and out. But that is very minor compared to the amazing accommodations. This is a vacation we plan on taking again in the years to come and I will definitely be in contact with you when the time comes. I will pass on your name and e-mail, with a very high recommendation, to anyone that I know of that will be heading to Florida.

Comments: A group of us stayed while attending a business conference at the Disneyworld properties. This was way better to come home to after a long day of conference sessions and relax at our own private pool. Amazing HD TV’s in every room! The kitchen was also very well equipped. Comments: We really enjoyed our time at Swaying Palms. We were feeling very welcome in this beautiful house. We were pleasantly surprised about all the practical things present and how clean everything was! Excellent community and well located to all the local attractions sites. The pool and spa were wonderful and very private.

Comments: Your villa made our vacation dream come true! Spotless and well equipped. Loved the crisp and luxurious bed linens in the masters. We will definitely want to rebook with your for our 2010 vacation in Orlando.
