We are pleased to provide our guests booking with us the convenience of making their payments online using a credit card or a bank transfer through the secure services of PayPal.   Whether you are a PayPal member or not, you can use the services described below to make either an initial booking deposit to confirm your reservation or you can also pay the remaining balance on your confirmed booking reservation which is due not later than 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Note: all service and convenience charges associated with credit card or other bank transfer payments are to the account of the guest.  All guests who use the online credit card payment service via PayPal will be charged a 1.9% convenience fee, which will be added to their final balance owing.  

Follow these easy steps below to make your online credit card payment using the Pay Now button at the bottom of this page:

1.       Select the type of payment being made using the pull down menu under the heading “ Payment Type”:

·         Select “Deposit” if this payment is your deposit to confirm your booking

·         Select “Final Balance” if this payment is to fulfill your outstanding balance prior to 30 days before your arrival date.

2.       Enter your 6-digit booking reference number that we have sent to you via e-mail correspondence in the field under the heading “Booking Reference”. 
 

3.       Click on the PAY NOW button and you will be taken to the secure PayPal website where you can enter the amount of your payment along with your credit card details. 
When you are taken to the secure Pay Pal credit card payment screen, follow these easy steps:

a.       Enter the amount of your payment in the “Unit Price” field (USD or GBP),

b.      Enter any additional message with your payment in the “Description” field (optional).

c.       Click the “Update Totals” button. 

d.      Continue to check out using either the PayPal membership login, or continue checkout without being a PayPal member which will require you to provide your credit card details on subsequent screens.

e.       Once you have successfully completed the payment process, you will be returned to the Swaying Palms Villa home page and we will receive e-mail confirmation of your payment.
