We prefer rentals of one week or longer in duration, however, should you require the villa for something less than or more than full weeks, we do provide daily rates in the table above.   We cannot accept stays less than 3 nights minimum.  A cleaning charge of $90.00 will apply to all rentals less than 7 days.  All weekly and daily rates in the table above are inclusive of all state and hospitality taxes (12%) and are provided in both US Dollars and British Pounds.  The price is for the rental of the home, regardless of the number of persons in your party – as long as it is 8 persons or under including adults and children.   Sorry we do not allow any pets and the premises are strictly non-smoking.

Specials  - we may be able to offer you additional savings when we have availability remaining in the next 30 days which may allow you to save even more than our already competitive posted rates.  We are also able to offer further discounts for longer-term stays (greater than 3 consecutive weeks) and for those willing to provide full payment up front.  Check our up-to-date Availability Calendar  or e-mail us today! 

We require a 20% deposit to hold your reservation at time of booking and balance of payment 30 days prior to arrival.  At the time balance of payment is made, we also require a $300 USD or  £200  damage deposit.  The damage deposit will be fully refunded to our guests not later than 14 days (via same tender used for payment - cashiers check, electronic money transfer, or credit card refund) following checkout once an inspection is performed by our Property Managers and no loss or damage is reported by our Management Company.
 

We are pleased to provide our guests with the following 3 payment options for booking confirmation deposits and final balance payments.  All payments must be made in either USD or GBP, unless other specific arrangements have been made in writing by the Owners.

• Online Credit Card or Bank Transfer – using Pay Pal secure payment services.   Payments can be made with all major credit cards whether you have a Pay Pal membership or not. 
• Canadians: Interac E-mail Money Transfer – services provided through your Canadian bank.   We will calculate the CAD equivalent of USD funds on date of payment and provide you with our e-mail correspondence where you send the Interac funds through your Canadian bank (RBC, BMO, TD, Scotia, etc.)
• Cashier’s check or Money Order (if this is preferred option, we will send mailing address through e-mail correspondence.   Please allow sufficient time for mailing.   A booking reservation cannot be confirmed until deposit payment via this method is received)
  
  

Note: Any service and/or convenience charges associated with all of the above acceptable forms of payment are to the account of the guest.  All guests who use the online credit card payment service via Pay Pal will be charged a 1.9% convenience fee, which will be added to their final balance owing.

Although the Pool and Spa can be enjoyed year-round, for some weeks of Fall and Spring as well as all Winter months, adding daily pool heat during your stay will greatly increase your enjoyment and use of the pool during the day and evening hours. Pool heating operates daily from 8am to 8pm and maintains the pool temperature at 85F.  Spa heating operates on demand with a set point temperature of 102F.  Pool & Spa heating must be ordered in advance with your booking and will be charged at the additional rate of $120 US /  £75 GBP for the first week and  $15 US / £10 GBP  for each additional day thereafter.  If you are interested in Spa-only heating, we offer this convenience at the additional rate of  $75 US /  £50 GBP for the first week and  $8 US  / £5 GBP  for each additional day thereafter   A minimum of one week pool or spa heat is required when requesting with your booking.
